My background
From an early age I have been fascinated by logos, brands, style and design. In the mid-1980s I was already drawing logos and creating advertisements in Paint on my father's Compaq. Imagine that.
Growing up, my favourite words were “why?” and “how?”.

What’s in the name …
You may be wondering why I chose "Lion's Head" for my company name.
Well, I've been hooked on South Africa and more specifically Cape Town since my adolescence. Through an exchange programme I was able to discover this impressive city when I was 16 and I have been going there regularly ever since.
When you say Cape Town, you automatically think of Table Mountain. Its spur, an impressive rock that can be climbed, has the shape of a lion's head.
At the top of Lion's Head I always find inner peace and I am inspired by the magical view and by the interesting conversations I have with people from all corners of the world.
And… some believe that my facial expressions can resemble those of a lion. Up to you to decide whether you agree or not.
